Brahmastra, the upcoming trilogy fantasy drama, has recently wrapped up the shooting formalities. The film has been making for over five years, and the lead pair, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, first met on the film sets and later had a relationship. Recently, the couple tied the knot. Being made on a grand scale, Brahmastra’s budget is also obviously grand. Along with Ranbir and Alia, the film also stars Big B Amitabh Bachchan, Tollywood actor Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy, in key roles. Directed by Ayan Mukherji, the first part of Brahmastra titled Shiva is set to hit the screens on September 9th.

Veteran Bollywood Astrologer cum Business Transformation Expert Hirav Shah says, “Brahmastra’s pre-release buzz wasn’t great, but Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding has once again got it in the news. Naturally, moviegoers are excited to watch the newlyweds on the big screen.”

Hirav Shah says, “The plot makes the film even more exciting and worthwhile. Brahmastra is the first part of a superhero trilogy. It’s a beautiful mix of a superhero story with an Indian mythological touch. The plot seems even more attractive with the VFX used to make this movie look extraordinary. Brahmastra is going to be a visual delight for the audience.”

The actors also have charged hefty remunerations to work in this superhuman story. Hirav Shah takes a look at the remuneration details for the star cast in Brahmastra.

Ranbir Kapoor did the lead role as ‘Shiva’ in the movie, and he is being paid Rs 25-30 crore range as his remuneration.

Alia Bhatt

Alia Bhatt plays the role of Isha, the love interest of Shiva in the movie, and she is paid Rs 10-12 crore for the film.

Amitabh Bachchan

As per the buzz, Amitabh Bachchan is playing Lord Brahma in this lavish fantasy drama. Big B is being paid Rs 8-10 crore for this project.

Mouni Roy

Mouni Roy is playing the antagonist in the film, and reports say that she is being paid around Rs 3 crore for the role.

Nagarjuna

Nagarjuna is playing an extended cameo role in the movie. As per reports, Nag is paid around Rs 9-11 crore for the film.

Brahmastra is being made on a budget of over Rs 300 crore. Produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, and Namit Malhotra, the film’s first part titled ‘Shiva—Part One’ will have a pan-Indian release on September 9th.

Hirav Shah concludes, “Another major reason to look forward to Brahmastra is Ayan Mukherji’s direction. Ye Jawani Hai Deewani turned out to be iconic and Ayan’s direction got all the praises for that. The director mentioned in various places how this project is his dream project and how the entire team has given their heart and soul to it. Hence one of the most important reasons to watch Brahmastra would be to witness the magic Ayan Mukherji would create on-screen.

Apart from that, the genre he has been working on isn’t very common in Bollywood. There is romance in the film, action, drama, fantasy, and adventure and we believe Ayan Mukherji’s expertise would do justice to the film. Brahmastra is expected to break many records and revive Bollywood which is now perishing due to inane remakes and sequels.
