Attainment of spiritual enlightenment

In Bollywood films, the attainment of spiritual enlightenment is often portrayed as a transformative experience that brings a sense of peace and purpose to the protagonist’s life. This journey towards enlightenment is often depicted as a personal and introspective one, where the protagonist must confront their inner demons and overcome obstacles in order to reach a state of inner peace. While the path towards enlightenment may differ for each individual, the ultimate goal remains the same: to find meaning and purpose in life.

Bollywood’s celebrities have been influencing the public with their food habits as they are a significant source of inspiration in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Close to the context, there js an assumption that eating non-vegetarian food or meat can help one stay fit. But those are beaten to death funds as a few celebrities gave it all up for several reasons and turned vegetarian for life.

Veteran Bollywood Astrologer cum Business Transformation Expert Hirav Shah says, “More and more folks are embracing a plant-based lifestyle these days. What could be the reason? Some are animal sympathizers or are concerned about the environment, while others have health concerns that make them avoid non-vegetarian food. Well, whatever the reason may be, there’s a growing number of people who are becoming vegan or vegetarian and are reaping the benefits of leading a healthier lifestyle.”

Hirav Shah takes a look at the list of Bollywood celebs who have turned vegetarian by giving up meat.
