Directed by Marathi filmmaker Swapna Waghmare Joshi, Karishma Ka Karishma was a remake of the American sitcom Small Wonder. While Jhanak Shukla played the role of a robot named Karishma, the serial is blended with science fiction elements and a humorous narrative.

Sonpari

There will be a particular phase in our lives where many of us have fantasized about angels or a fairy to grant us our wishes and help us during difficult times.

The show showcased many hilarious tales revolving around Anand Mathur, played by Ashok Saraf, and his five daughters, each with a peculiar character. Humm Paanch also marks Vidya Balan’s first foray into the world of entertainment, who later established herself as a leading actress in Hindi cinema.

Dil Mil Gaye

Dil Mil Gaye revolves around the beautiful love story of Dr. Armaan and Riddhima made you both smile and shed tears in your teenage days. Karan Singh Grover, who played the lead role in the serial, was the first crush for many girls then.

Sarabhai Vs. Sarabhai

Sarabhai vs. Sarabhai has a wide range of fan bases. The craze created by this serial still remains intact for 90s kids. Monisha, how downmarket” or “Monisha, how middle-class” was pretty much the famous catchphrases throughout the serial uttered by Maya Sarabhai, portrayed by Ratna Pathak Shah. The serial was a huge hit during the 2000s.
